The pictures are categorised in folders and subfolders, and you can rapidly move and copy pictures between folders and change the names, folders and pictures as necessary. Moreover it is easy to write comments to the pictures.
Kontainer has a search function to search in the pictures. The function searches in the names, descriptions and metadata of the pictures.
There are 3 different possibilities for viewing the archived pictures and files so you can choose how you prefer to see and work with the given files.
It is easy to control which employees, clients and collaborators have access to see and work with the pictures in the various folders.
Likewise it is simple to select certain pictures and give external users access to these. When the external user (e.g. the client or the press) logs on to Kontainer, he/she only sees the folder containing the pictures he/she has been give access to and nothing else.
All documents are backed up in Kontainer on a daily basis which enables restoring of 60 days’ old data.
